Andy boasts over 25 years’ experience in the international and UK rail industry, specialising in business and operational transformation. Using a combination of business, commercial and technical skills as a board member of transport operating businesses, providing strategic advice on a variety of complex issues. Andy also has international business development experience having bid for, won, and executed contracts in Europe, Australia, and North America.

Joining the TXM Group in 2020, Andy arrived to found and lead TXM Consult. Initially starting in the UK, expanding into Europe, North America, and Australia all by the end of 2021.

Prior to joining TXM Consult, Andy led Amey Service Ltd's Rail Operations and Strategic Consulting businesses as Business Director. Before this he held the position of International Rolling Stock Director for Eurostar International, where he gained huge experience working across several different European countries and launching new services to Amsterdam.

Gill possesses over 35 years’ experience in the rail industry holding c–suite roles focusing on operations and customer service. More recently Gill has led business development and large consultancy projects in both North America and the UK.

Gill joined TXM Consult in early 2021, bringing contract management, stakeholder & client engagement, proposal & bid management and business management to develop TXM Consult's North American business. Gill currently leads our transit operations and strategic advisory projects in Toronto, LA, and South Florida.

Prior to joining TXM Consult, Gill worked for Network Rail Consulting in Washington DC as Director of Business Development and as the Vice President of Canada in Toronto.

Mark has 30 years of international experience in the transport and broader infrastructure industry, holding senior executive roles in consulting practices during the last decade.

Commencing his career within UK rail as a general manager within both passenger and freight operators, Mark transitioned into consultancy, where he has led teams in support of franchise tender responses, including the successful MTR tender for Crossrail, as well as providing research and policy advice to Government.

Mark joined the TXM Group in late 2021, already delivering executive level advice into significant state lead infrastructure projects. Prior to joining TXM, Mark was the Managing Director of SNC-Lavalin Rail & Transit in Australia, as well as the overall SNC-Lavalin Country Manager, and supported client projects in New Zealand and Malaysia.

Responsible for positioning the business to becoming a leading consultancy and professional service provider in the transportation and energy sectors. Michael oversees the development of the company vision and strategy, enabling long-term growth and profitability.

Focused on the market, client service excellence, and business development, Michael’s objectives are to deliver our long-term business vision, strategy and plan, including driving growth in the volume and scale of projects delivered.

Michael joined TXM Consult in 2021 from SNC-Lavalin bringing extensive international rail sector experience having worked in the UK, USA, South America, Scandinavia, Asia, and mainland Europe.

Joining TXM Consult in 2020, Luke takes the lead on all our commercial, contract management, company governance and business management & administration. Working internally within and across all geographies for TXM Consult, connecting with finance and legal teams with TXM Group and with all our clients.

Across the course of his career Luke has specialised in rail and worked across a variety of different disciplines and rail projects in the UK and Australia.

With a background in project management, Luke has led and delivered a broad portfolio of rolling stock projects in areas such as maintenance, material supply, product introduction, and modification, for clients including Angel, Bombardier, SWR and First Group. He is hugely experienced in complex rail projects, tenders, and supply chain packages.

Kyle is an accomplished and motivational Director & Operations Leader, with significant experience working on large scale multi-billion-pound transportation programs. With a track record of achievements leading product introduction, maintenance and manufacturing optimisation, and advisory services on major contracts for clients such as Alstom, Transport for London, and Hitachi.

Kyle has been with TXM Consult since its inception, leading the EAMMS service offering and bringing experience in establishing business improvements through the application of continuous improvement techniques to optimise business operations, analysing costs, and proactively introducing new processes, tools and solutions to safeguard the attainment of key performance indicators.

During Andy’s career in rolling stock procurement, contract management and project management in the rail industry, he has undertaken several high-profile projects, both in the public and private sectors. Reporting at board level, Andy has led, managed and been responsible for all commercial aspects of complex procurement processes required in the procurement of rolling stock.

Over this time, he has worked with British Rail as the Rolling Stock Procurement Manager and since privatisation, worked with several train operators and rail financiers. He has also worked for and advised the Department for Transport and Network Rail on various strategic projects from replacement of the Mk1 fleet to the fitting of ETCS equipment on freight vehicles.

A key element of Andy’s work includes the development of appropriate contract and procurement strategies which align with the needs of the client. He has considerable experience of all types of acquisition methods from outright purchase to the more complex supply, maintain, and operating lease contracts, PFI and PPP type contracts with manufacturers and financiers.

Matt leads our global digital, infrastructure systems and integration capabilities. He’s an acknowledged industry expert in several fields including intelligent transportation systems, digitally enabled transformation, technology management, and the integration of complex systems.

He is a general manager and business leader experienced in c-suite roles and operating at board level. Prior to joining TXM Consult, Matt’s career has spanned multiple geographies across the world, with several companies including Arup, Atkins, Bechtel, Hitachi, Lockheed Martin, and SNC-Lavalin.

Anne-Marie led a commercial client facing multi-disciplined consulting team in the B2C marketing and communications sector, before pivoting to place her strategic focus on partnering with B2B clients to unlock the true potential of their talent in the workplace. She is a talent and change enabler and high-performance champion.

Our Group Director of Energy has a 21-year career helping deliver a range of best-in-class services to clients in the transport and energy sectors.

During his career he initially supported the most prestigious UK manufacturers in the automotive sector to find talent and deliver projects before moving into energy, working with global super major energy companies and a wide range of major players in chemical markets on a global basis.

Steve has extensive experience working under pressure in highly challenging environments, across multiple markets and disciplines and in global geographies and cultures. A collaborative, innovative and people person capable of delivering local services globally.
